Association des Jeunes Avocats à Khemisset (AJAK)

The Khemisset Young Lawyers’ Association (AJAK) was founded in 2006 by a group of Moroccan lawyers. It provides legal aid to victims of human rights violations and to female victims of discrimination and violence, builds the capacity of lawyers to promote human rights and combat corruption in the justice system, and urges the government to prevent human rights abuses through fundamental reform of the justice system and the implementation of progressive articles of the 2011 constitution.
