Bail for Immigration Detainees

Bail for Immigration Detainees (BID) is an independent charity that is dedicated to improving access to bail for immigration detainees and campaigning for an end to arbitrary detention in the UK. BID provides information, advice and support to asylum seekers and migrants in removal centres and prisons to empower them to make their own applications for release as well as encouraging legal representatives, through training and guidance on best practice, to apply for bail for their clients.
