Culture Squared (Bradford Literature Festival)

Founded in 2014, the Bradford Literature Festival (BLF) is held annually and brings together authors, poets, artists, and public intellectuals to give topical and thought-provoking presentations on themes ranging from identity and citizenship to music, climate change, and economics. Roundtable discussions, debates, author talks, storytelling, performance art, and interactive sessions all feature in the BLF programme. Another key component of the BLF is its comprehensive Children & Young People Programme (CYPP), which accounts for more than 40% of all Festival events and includes Early Years provisions, Family Fun Days, and a Primary & Secondary Education Programme.
