Organisation for Aid to Refugees

The Organisation for Aid to Refugees is an association founded in Czech Republic in 1991. One of its main goals is to fight against xenophobia and racial and ethnic intolerance. The group was awarded an emergency grant of £100,000 in March 2022 in response to the crisis in Ukraine. The grant will support the organisation to establish regional professional support teams in each of their five regions. These teams will focus on assistance with visa applications, health care access, registration in schools, and the training and coordination of the many volunteers who have come forward.
