Pembe Hayat

Founded in 2006, Pembe Hayat (Pink Life) LGBTT Solidarity Association was the first rights organisation for trans people to be established in Turkey. It aims to increase visibility and raise awareness of the prejudice, discrimination, hate speech, hate crimes, police violence, ill-treatment and torture, and social exclusion experienced by trans individuals and sex workers, and to influence decision-makers.
