Propark

Created in 2008, Propark Foundation is a Romanian non-profit that works to strengthen protected areas in Romania and beyond, by supporting individuals, organisations and governments to improve the way they are run. It does this primarily through informing policy, providing advice and specialist training, and engaging with communities local to protected areas. While its main focus is on Romania, Propark’s influence on the conservation value of protected areas extends regionally.
