Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust

Established in 1976, Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust is the oldest organisation in South Africa providing direct support to rape survivors. It supports improved services for survivors prior to entering and within the criminal justice system and in communities; organises community-driven actions and interventions aimed at preventing and responding to rape; advocates for improved laws and policies for rape survivors; and seeks to make the voices of survivors heard by the public and by decision-makers.
