Tomorrow’s Warriors

Founded in 1991 by Dr Gary Crosby OBE and Janine Irons OBE, Tomorrow’s Warriors provides gifted young people from challenging life circumstances and backgrounds with a comprehensive talent development programme designed to help them fulfil their musical potential. Its programme is free of charge, furnishing young musicians not only with skills training and mentoring, but also with the professional preparation needed for entry into the music industry.

Alongside its development programme, Tomorrow’s Warriors produces national and international concerts and tours, giving students and alumni professionally enriching performance opportunities and creative employment at fair rates of pay, while fostering positive, long-term working relationships with its artist community, who often return later in their careers to give-back to the next generation of young musicians.
